This will be in parts, and won't be entirely accurate/hold all the information.

First the video, which held multiple clues linking to Alexander Love, the man killed by Matthew Clydesdale(from the first tag). Then there was a letter, which held clues leading to this information:

I googled 815465753 and got a link to the above image where Boris Karloff is looking at his baby daughter.

Originally the numbers were also able to send people to vi815465753, an imdb trailer. IMDB updated and changed their links. By this time of the game though, the puzzle was set and being worked on. The new IMDB link to the same trailer is:

The fact that the link originally also gave you 'Boris Karloff looking at his baby daughter' was intentionally used by us.

Due to timings, we will now be sending the larger puzzle pieces out at the end of this week. We thank you for your continued helping in us answer the questions we set out.

An aside, I later noticed that the note was sent May VI- thus the vi from the trailer.
